It is critical for non-financial managers and construction project leaders to have a solid understanding of the financials throughout the life-cycle of a project. This course will discuss detailed elements for financial tracking, monitoring, communicating and adjusting as a project evolves, while carefully balancing budget and forecasting financials. Participants will walk away with the ability to identify the financial risks inherent on each project and plan for them.

  • Anthony Stagliano

    Anthony Stagliano, CPA, CCIFP, is a Director in CBIZ MHM, LLC, with more than 35 years of experience exclusively with construction and real estate industry clients. Tony is a graduate of Villanova University. He is a charter member, past treasurer, and board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), he was honored by the chapter as Associate Member of the Year, received the CFMA; Debra Hahn, Danny B. Parrish and Joe Quigley national awards and has served on CFMA’s Executive Committee several times. Tony has also served on the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP) Examination and Test Development Committees and on the ICCIFP’s Board of Trustees. In addition, Tony is a longtime author for CFMA Building Profits. Tony actively participates in several other associations including the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley (SADV) and the Contractors Association of Eastern PA (CAEP). He also developed a construction industry seminar program for the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, which continues to be an annual program in both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, PA.
